GDS was established in 2000 and XEROX  Premium Partner
GDS
commenced operations with 4 employees which has grown to where it now employs more than 33 fulltime employees.

GDS acquired the oldest Xerox Business Center
(El Sebak branch) on January 2005.

Our opening date as a licensed Xerox Business Center was on January 2005 after fully renovating the location and establishing a full range of document solution systems, as well as adding a showroom for desktop Xerox products.

Eng. Mohamed Samy (Business Partner Principle) has over 12 years experience in the field of Sales and Management in Xerox Egypt company and he has held and owned the GDS company since 2000.

GDS is structured into five business sections, which can look after a wide variety of your business needs.

Sales Team e-mail

Our experienced and professional sales executives have been serving the assigned commercial territory and Major accounts for more than 7 years.

This team is responsible for promoting all xerox solution systems and also guarantees customer satisfaction through executive field visits.

With a concentrated focus on helping business to improve document flows, systems and archiving, our sales team guarantees to find ways to help you improve your business. Surveys are obligation free for organizations of all business sizes.

This team consists of 5 commercial sales executive and 2 major account sales executive. , the team is managed by Essam Anwar
( Sales Manager).

Telesales Team e-mail

Our well trained telesales agents are promoting all range of Xerox Consumables, Paper and Multi-function products through inbound and outbound telephone calls as well as guarantees customer satisfactions.

This team consists of 5 commercial telesales agents and 1 major account Senior telesales agent managed by Abir Zahra:
(Senior Telesales Manager).

 

Business Center Team e-mail

The core of this section is the outsourced documentation needs of other businesses and encompasses black/white and colour copying/printing, plan printing, scanning (OCR, indexed and archived), binding.

Our professional, friendly staff can help with presentations, newsletters, brochures, plan printing, catalogues, manuals and many other document needs of business and schools

Our professional, friendly staff consists of 4 b.center reps. Managed by Sally Anwar, (B.Center Manager) .

 

Administration dept. e-mail

This department handles  purchasing, sales coordination, customer care, Human resource, order processing as well as assisting the General Manager, this dept is managed by Vivian Mounir (Admin Supervisor).

 

Accounting dept. e-mail

This department handles all financial issues, company stores, treasury and order delivery , issues invoices and is managed by

Wael Salah.
